Return & Refund Policy
At Yildirim Industries, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality garments. As a B2B manufacturer dealing in customized and bulk orders, our return policy differs from standard retail practices. Please read the following terms carefully.
Note: This policy applies to bulk wholesale orders. Sample orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
1. Inspection Period
Upon receiving your shipment, you have an inspection period of 14 days. During this time, you must inspect the goods for any manufacturing defects, quantity discrepancies, or incorrect items.
Claims made after this 14-day period will not be accepted, as we cannot verify if damage occurred during storage or post-delivery handling.
2. Manufacturing Defects
We stand by our quality. If you identify a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric tears, stitching errors, incorrect sizing based on the approved size chart), we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: We will manufacture and ship replacement units for the defective items at our cost.
- Refund/Credit: We will issue a refund or store credit for the value of the defective items.
To process a claim, photographic evidence of the defect is required.
3. Custom & Private Label Orders
Because our products are often customized with your specific brand tags, logos, and custom measurements:
- Non-Defective Returns: We cannot accept returns for custom orders if the goods are free of defects and match the approved mockups/samples.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” on custom manufacturing runs once production has commenced.
4. Samples
Sample costs are non-refundable. However, in many cases, the cost of the sample (minus shipping) can be adjusted or credited against your final bulk production invoice if the bulk order meets our MOQ requirements.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized due to our error (defective or incorrect item), Yildirim Industries will cover the return shipping costs or simply send replacements without requiring a return.
If a return is authorized for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties involved in returning goods to our facility in Pakistan.
6. How to File a Claim
To initiate a return or report a defect, please contact our support team with your Invoice Number and clear photos of the issue:
